Before you build your business, build yourself.
Let’s be real: Your business will never outgrow you.
You are the most valuable asset in your business.
 Not your logo.
 Not your marketing.
 You.
God gave you the dream. He wired you with gifts, grit, and a purpose that goes beyond profit. And if you’re going to love Him with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength — you’ve got to invest in all four.
HEART – Your Emotional Health
Love the Lord with all your heart means… healing the stuff under the surface.
- Take a personality test and learn how you’re wired.
- Forgive someone you’ve been holding space for (even if it’s yourself).
- Read Psalms—David knew a thing or two about feeling everything and still worshiping.
Growth Goal: Clear one grudge. Forgive and move forward.
SOUL – Your Spiritual Life
This is your daily connection to the Source.
- Start your morning in prayer before you scroll.
- Join a small group or find an accountability partner.
- Put Christian music in your background instead of random noise.
- Serve. Give. Worship. Walk it out.
Growth Goal: Pick one spiritual habit and stick with it for 7 days.
MIND – Your Thought Life
Love God with your mind means keeping your brain sharp and rooted in truth.
- Read a solid book on business from a Christian leader.
- Watch something that challenges you.
- Don’t be afraid of opposing views—they sharpen you when filtered through wisdom.
Growth Goal: Read 10 pages a day from something that grows your calling.
STRENGTH – Your Physical Body
Your body is a temple. Not a storage unit.
- Keep a food journal for 7 days.
- Take a walk while listening to a faith-based podcast.
- Stretch. Move. Breathe. Rest.
You don’t need to run marathons. Just move.
Growth Goal: Move 3 times this week. Track it. Celebrate it.
Try This: The 1% Rule
You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You need to grow 1% at a time.
Pick ONE thing. Do it consistently. Watch it compound.
Better yet…
Eat an apple.
Listen to a Christian podcast.
Walk around the block.
That’s heart, soul, mind, and strength all in one activity. #KingdomEfficiency
Final Thought
Jesus said, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” But how can you love your neighbor well if you never invest in yourself?
When you grow in these four areas, you’re not just getting stronger—you’re becoming a better worshiper, a better leader, and a better light in the marketplace.
